1. Overview
All digital design assets, UI kits, icon packs, and Figma templates available on
Caraka Digital Assets Marketplace
are created and maintained by Sogee Studio. When you
purchase or download an asset from
Caraka
, you are granted a non-exclusive license corresponding to your selected license
tier.
2. Product License Tiers
Below is the exact breakdown of allowed and restricted usage for each
product license option:
Standard license

You can :
Use for personal or a client
Use for 1 end-product maximum
Use in a free end-product (Can have multiple users)
You can't :
Use in an end product that is sold (Can have multiple paying users)
Use in derivative themes or generators
Medium license
Tier 2
You can :
Use for personal or a client
Use for 3 end-product maximum
Use in a free end-product (Can have multiple users)
You can't :
Use in an end product that is sold (Can have multiple paying users)
Use in derivative themes or generators
Extra license
Tier 3
You can :
Use for personal or a client
Use for unlimited end-product
Use in a free end-product (Can have multiple users)
You can't :
Use in an end product that is sold (Can have multiple paying users)

We will remove it from our marketplace
3. General Restrictions Across All Licenses
You cannot redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share raw Figma files, icons, or UI kit components as standalone downloadable assets.
You cannot include Caraka raw source files in open-source repositories or public design kit archives.
You cannot claim original authorship or ownership of unmodified Caraka design assets or design systems.
You cannot create a competing digital design asset marketplace using Caraka assets.
