1. Acceptance of Terms & Operator Information

By accessing, browsing, or downloading resources from Caraka Digital Assets Marketplace ("Caraka", "we", "us", or "our"), available at caraka.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy , and our License Agreement .

Caraka Digital Assets Marketplace is an online digital design asset marketplace created, operated, and maintained by Sogee Studio . If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform and services.

2. Digital Products, Checkout & Download Grants

Caraka specializes in premium digital design assets, including Figma UI kits, mobile app design templates, dashboard interfaces, vector icon sets, and design system components.

• Digital Delivery: Products are delivered electronically via secure, temporary download grant links or direct partner redirects. No physical goods are shipped.
• Protected Links: Direct download links issued by Caraka are protected by single-use or time-bound grant tokens. Redistribution or public posting of raw download grant URLs is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Checkout Partners: Transactions processed via external partners (such as UI8 or Gumroad) are additionally governed by the respective partner's checkout and payment terms.
• Pricing & Taxes: All prices are displayed in USD ($) and are subject to change. Applicable digital taxes or VAT may be calculated during checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the non-tangible, instant-download nature of digital design resources (Figma files, icon vectors, source code), all sales are final and non-refundable.

If a product file is corrupted or defective, we will provide a replacement file instead of a monetary refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

All original artwork, Figma component libraries, design tokens, illustrations, website layout, code, and trade names (including Caraka Digital Assets Marketplace and Sogee Studio) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sogee Studio.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive usage license as specified in our License Agreement . You do not acquire copyright or trademark ownership of any digital asset produced by Caraka Digital Assets Marketplace.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caraka Digital Assets Marketplace and Sogee Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or project delays) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our digital design resources.
